A faint shade of red colored Kai’s cheeks, barely visible but still there. This wasn’t how it was supposed to work; the other male was indeed not supposed to understand his technique of “I’m too much of a chicken to ask so I’m just going to wait until someone offer help”. But he didn’t plan on staying here forever so he took the opportunity anyway.
He walked to the counter and rested his elbows on the edge of the surface, making sure he had the owner’s full attention. “You’re not going to think I’m crazy right?” He inquired, but knew it was probably useless considering what he was going to ask next. “I’m looking for books about people coming from other planets. Like, not alien but… real people. Do you have any?”
Won Bin looked at him once more, watching his reddening cheeks before turning back to his books. If he needed help he would surely come to him this time. He waited, listening as the other male’s steps made the wooden floor creak in it’s customary way. And such, just as he reached the counter Won Bin lifted his head, closing his book in the process.
He arched an eyebrow, yet his face didn’t change it’s demeanour. “If I were to think everyone who asked for specific books were crazy I would have no business.”, he spoke bluntly, but carefully listened to his request none the less. “Like in separate dimensions or planets like Mars?” he questioned while mauling over titles in his head.
